- Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise
- Place onto flat tray

- 1 large bunch celery
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne
- 1-2 teaspoon Lumière de Sel table salt
