Cardiovascular Support
The components of hawthorn exert their heart-helping actions in a number of ways. Hawthorn attempts to increase the force of heart contractions and blood flow, while reducing the demand for oxygen.* It may reduce deposits in the arteries, lowers blood pressure, reduces irregular heartbeats, reduces resting pulse rate and lowers cholesterol levels.* It potentially also increases exercise performance.*
Recommended Use: Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with/without food or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Pregnancy/Nursing: Do not use.
