Recommended Dose
Take 1 or 2 capsules once daily, as needed. Take 30 min before bed or when sleep is interrupted. For adult use only.
Caution
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Store under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated premises at 15-25°C).
