How to Use it
- 45 drops of A.Vogel Boldocynara
- 45 drops of A.Vogel Stinging Nettle
- 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon of A.Vogel Molkosan Berry
- 1,5 L of water
In the morning, add Boldocynara*, Stinging Nettle* and Molkosan Berry in a bottle with 1.5 L of water and drink throughout the day. Repeat for 15 days, twice a year.
